Elements is very helpful to my body's health. I was in need of a new target area and muscle needing to be massaged. My therapist Kaylin was very helpful to work on this area and I feel very good about having it worked on. She recommended some excellent strength exercises I actually heard about and had used before however I had not remembered them in recent times. I began implementing these strength exercises already and i have a lot more confidence that my muscular status will improve. I have no complaints about the massage session. Everything went really well.
From the front desk staff to the very attentive massage therapists. Elements is really there for you and lovely to coordinate tough schedules. Connor really listened and addressed my major issues. I left feeling so relaxed! Thank you!

I had a great massage experience with Nathan. He was able to work on my stress points and helped me relax.
Hannah was wonderful. She provided a very relaxing atmosphere while working out knots that I had in my back and neck. I felt so relaxed afterwards!

Great value for the price. I’ve done to other spa chains and I really hated the high pressure sales of products and I never feel that at elements. Every therapist I’ve seen at my location has been great as well.

From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave- you feel like an old friend. Everyone greets you, takes the time to talk to you and actually listen. I go to Jaime for my massage and he’s amazing. He always tweaks my massage based on what I need most and I always walk out feeling so much better.
Celeste was very good and used deep pressure that I requested. She worked hard on my knots and made a lot of improvement.
The front office staff is very helpful. The technicians are very easy to work with and very practical.

I've seen several therapists @ Elements Massage Maple Valley and they've all be welcoming, professional and superb at their craft. I can call and almost always a real person answers the phone, and the people at the front desk are super sweet and always very helpful. I drive 1/2 hour to get to Elements Maple Valley, and it's WELL worth the drive. Much appreciated!
I liked the massage and the place a lot — I did not liked that the staff try to sell memberships or something else at the end; as a costumer I don’t like feeling pushed and I will schedule on my own time.
My masseuse was very informative about the body, muscles hydration, etc.. I really enjoyed her I will definitely return.
