The massage itself was good. My masseuse said his technique is different and it was. Just wasn’t really what I was looking for. Also, I’m pretty sure he was dozing off during the final part of the massage. His breathing sounded like snoring almost and I could feel his head above mine on the table. I would move and he would start massaging again. It was weird. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t know if he was doing something with energy like he said he did but it really felt like he was falling asleep. I felt ok at the beginning of the massage but was creeped out by the end.

Masseuse was experienced and responded to my requests. Good experience.

I suffer from chronic back pain and I booked a massage on a whim and as a last attempt before resorting to heavy medication again. Helena was amazing. I can’t say I enjoyed the massage because due to my condition it was painful, but Helena worked carefully and with obvious knowledge. She knew when to press and when to let go. It took a day or two, but for the first time in two years, my level of pain went down. I wholeheartedly recommend Elements and encourage those in pain to try massage therapy with professionals such as Helena. She was truly amazing. I can’t wait to continuing my therapy with her.
