The full body massage by Tina was healing. She worked on my tense muscles and gradually transitioned into a relaxing full-body massage. It felt so effortless that I barely noticed the shift.
I look forward to my monthly visits. 2026 will be a year of deeper healing for me.

I had a wonderful deep tissue massage at Elements Spa Nutley and left feeling completely relaxed and reset for the week! The spa is very clean, the spa music is calming and relaxing, and the products used on my skin left me feeling soft and refreshed. The front desk is efficient, the staff so welcoming, kind, and professional—overall, an A+.

God used my masseuse to take the back pain away. She is skilled at her job. She knew the right pressure points.
I don’t usually write reviews because I prefer people to form their own opinions, but this place truly deserves recognition. The receptionists are the first faces you see when you walk in, and they can really set the tone for the whole experience. The one working on the morning of April 14th was outstanding. She greeted me warmly, checked if I needed anything, and even acknowledged my birthday without me mentioning it — such a thoughtful touch.
Mary Ann, the masseuse, is a game changer. From beginning to end, the service was exceptional. I felt completely relaxed by the time my massage was over. It’s always a pleasure coming here, and I would absolutely recommend her.

Brand's knowledge of muscle and nerves amazes me every time I come for a massage. This knowledge results in me leaving without any pain I came in with and feeling truly relaxed and refreshed. I also see Brianna and her knowledge, techniques and compassion are also superb!! The time they take to understand where the pain is coming and then explanation of what they will be doing to address the pain is so appreciated and helps me to relax.
Also, I was recently laid off and the effort to help me until I hopefully find a job in next couple months went above and beyond my expectations. This showed me I was just not a customer with a recurring auto debit but appreciated as a person. I will always recommend this location. The owner, front desk staff, Brand and Brianna (my go to massage therapist) make this location top notch!
