Very nice facility; Sammi was my massage therapist and was very professional, she listened to my concerns and worked on my back and shoulders. She communicated to me all the time sharing what she was doing and why. I left feeling a lot better and have decided to purchase a membership as I will be returning regularly to fix all my pain issues.

I was seen by massage therapist - Rachel - who was outstanding!!! I had recently recovered from a snowboarding injury and shared with her what areas I needed to really focus on. Rachel is an excellent therapist - professional, great listener, and clearly experienced in Sports related AND Swedish massage. I highly recommend a 90-minute massage with Rachel and/or any of the very qualified, experienced and overall excellent therapists at Elements! My "go-to" for massage has always been "orange aromatherapy". Its super relaxing and for the added price it's SO worth trying. With the crazy stress-filled job that I have ... regular massages are critical for self-care!! I continue to have a consistent and outstanding experience every time I visit Elements - THANK YOU!!!
