From the moment I arrived for my facial appointment I was greeted and felt extremely welcomed and comfortable. Eka did my facial and it was excellent. The room is clean and the wait area is comfortable.

I have been coming to elements in Birmingham almost monthly for the last 6 years and I cannot recommend them enough. Anne, who I have been seeing for over 6 years, is absolutely fantastic. I recommend so many people to you guys and talk about Anne every chance I get. The front desk staff is always so kind and welcoming, and the facility is always clean.

I've said all this before! But Elements is very well run. The front desk people are polite, friendly and efficient. The facility is spotless and well organized. The therapists whom I know are excellent.
