Troy worked on my back to help with my back injury. In two sessions, he made a big difference. My back loosened up, and the pain was reduced considerably. It gave me confidence to drive back to California the following week. Thanks for all your help!

I have had a positive experience every time I have gone to Elements Massage. The staff is always kind and respectful, and everything is clean. Nellie was my massage therapist earlier this week and 3 days later I realized that I had not had any headaches, neck, shoulder, or back pain all week! Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Elements is a clean, well run and highly professional establishment. One of their greatest strengths is having Sasha on staff. She is nothing short of an exceptional therapist. She genuinely cares for people and their wellbeing, and has spent years developing skills that translate her care for people into physical healing for their body.

Great from the moment I walked in the door! Sara was very knowledgeable and explained everything she did making the experience very enjoyable. Bonus! She did a lymphatic drainage massage and truly worked the areas needing attention! 10/10!!
