I had a fantastic massage with Diane at Elements Massage. Her technique is excellent — slow, deliberate movements that really let the tension work its way out. She’s friendly and personable, with just the right amount of conversation: enough to feel welcome, but never so much that it took away from the relaxation. Highly recommend booking with Diane!

I love my experience here for the most part. The staff is wonderful and always a pleasure to talk to. My only complaint is the recent change to providing water bottles after a visit. I understand there is now a lemon water jug available in the waiting room, but having my own water bottle to take with me and enjoy at my own pace was a really nice touch. I personally preferred the previous experience and would love to see the water bottles brought back.
Elements Lakewood is my little slice of heaven. And Brandon G. Is the most amazing therapist I’ve had in recent memory. He listens to my issues every time and addresses them adeptly. You can tell his extensive experience working with athletic injuries has taught him many amazing techniques. I’m always a new woman when I leave! The staff, environment, and professionalism at Elements Lakewood makes my membership very worthwhile.
