I have a somewhat limited experience as the only Massage Therapist I’ve been to for the last couple of years is Emilie in Oceanside. She is outstanding and the staff who worked the front desk are always polite and engaging.

It's ALL about your massage therapist. If customer has a really good massage, then that customer will rebook a massage. Lousy experiences don't yield new bookings. Also, customers do not want to talk or have a conversation. They want to hear the music and they want the lights dimmed.
