There is a very calming atmosphere when you walk in. Everyone was very friendly. The therapist was great! She was knowledgeable and listened to what was bothering me and totally concentrated on that area.

Calming atmosphere
Everything is thoughtfully done. However the reason you did not receive a 10 is because there are no coat hooks or cubbies for customers to put their things. I was coming directly from work and not only did I have my winter coat but I was also juggling a change of clothes.
