I’ve been a client at Elements Massage in Bellevue for over five years, and I continue to have fantastic experiences. While I have a few go-to therapists I regularly see, my most recent 90-minute session was with Marisol, and she was outstanding.
If you're looking for someone who specializes in deep tissue work with firm, targeted pressure that hits all the right spots, I highly recommend scheduling with her. She really knows how to work out the tension!

The front desk staff are friendly and attentive to details when it comes to scheduling my visits. I love the reminder texts and the phone call reminders are an extra bonus. The studio's recent renovations are lovely and clean. My therapist Frieda is amazing and has become a friend. She pours all her energy into finding my tight spots and gently reminds me to stretch and hydrate. Cupping is a must. My monthly visits are a must, too!
