I could not be more thrilled with the experience I’ve had at Elements Massage! I don’t often fill out surveys (sorry, I know they’re helpful, it’s just time 😅) but I wanted to make sure to call out Kara’s exemplary work. I’m an introverted person by nature and this can feel like a really vulnerable, self-conscious environment just by virtue of how massages work. Kara immediately made me feel at ease on day one, has never made me feel awkward or ashamed of my body and its unique challenges, and I always feel like a new person at the end of the session. I trust her to do a phenomenal job with kindness, and I think that’s so important. A million thanks!

I had a very good first experience on September 30. Ethan gave a great deep tissue massage and then came up with excellent suggestions for ongoing stretching exercises to maintain and improve my tight shoulder, neck and calf muscles.
