I came in for a firm massage as part of my doctor's recommendation for a rotator cuff strain which had migrated down through my bicep and forearm. My range of motion was impacted. I had only ever had relaxation massages, and knew that a firm massage to undo the knots wouldn't be comfortable - but I got through it with deep breaths and breaks. Jessica was AMAZING! She checked in with me on pressure, made sure I was doing ok and gave good recommendations for after-care. I was so surprised that when I got up from the massage, I felt fantastic. I'm sore today but my range of motion had returned! I'm honestly blown away. I highly recommend Jessica and hope to schedule with her again!
I am so impressed with the professional treatment all around. The ladies at the front desk are really nice and helpful. And the massage by Connie was awesome. I look forward to going back next month.
Nice, well-decorated front office and Cindy, my massage therapist did a great job giving me a massage. Close to where I live so it is a convenient place to go to.

Love Leanne - she is amazing. I had a big, really sore knot in my shoulder for like 2 years and she got rid of it! All of the front office staff is friendly and helpful as well.

We spoke at length about the issue i have with both my knees being bone-on-bone and he asked if I had ever had my knees decompressed. When I said I hadn't he asked if I would like him to try it. I said I would, so he did during the course of my massage. And, for the first time in several years, for about 3 hours, I had zero knee pain! It was a miracle to me!
The pressure of his hands was perfect. There was no pain, only relaxation.
He let me lead whether or not we conversed or just enjoyed the quiet spa music in the background.
He has earned a fan in me!

Olivia is amazing. I have been getting a massage once a month every month for the past (roughly) 5 years. About a year ago I switched to Elements Massage and haven't looked back. Olivia genuinely has been the best massage therapist I have had. She truly focuses on helping me feel better. Her knowledge, skill, and attention to detail are clear. I've been to other massage therapists at this location as well, and they have been wonderful. Highly recommend this location and any of the massage therapists.
