I had such an amazing experience as a 1st time customer! I came in for a prenatal massage with Tim, and I left COMPLETELY relaxed and renewed! As a person who not only works in management but manages her entire household while currently juggling another pregnancy; my mind is always going a million miles a minute. Until my massage, we joked at home that it was literally impossible for me to relax! Somehow, Tim managed to completely turn off my brain with his brilliant techniques! I felt so comfortable the entire time. I cannot wait to go back for my postnatal massage and more future appointments. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience. It meant more to me that "just a massage".

Abel provided a truly exceptional massage! My neck and shoulders carry my stress and remain habitually tight. Abel provided a deep massage that relaxed the tension throughout the area and left me extremely relaxed. Sometimes after a massage I can experience twinges of discomfort, but this did not happen at all. I get massages a couple times a year and the massage I received from Abel was literally the best massage of my life! I would be going back regularly but for the fact that we are in the process of moving out of state. I had a wonderful overall experience at Elements in Pentagon City, Virginia. Thank you!

Front desk was very accommodating and got me in the next morning. My back was EXTREMELY tight and the masseuse was incredible at helping me become more mobile.

I had a very sore/stiff neck and came in for a massage to help relieve the pain. After my 60-minute massage, I had immediate relief, and the pain went completely away within 48 hours.

First time back since December as I was in the Durham area for a few months. During that time I visited the Cary office for 3 massage sessions. One thing I liked about the experience in Cary is that they use hot towels on the upper back and lower legs when finished massaging those areas.

Regarding my experience with my most recent visit to the Sharon Elements - Lee left me feeling better than when I arrived! This time I did something a bit different as I only signed up for a 1 hour session rather than a 1.5 hour session. That seemed to work out just fine as Lee had time to do legs, upper back, arms and neck. So I may stick with 1 hour sessions for the near future appointments.

I have had excellent therapists every time I am on the massage table. They each have their unique techniques.
