Client Testimonials
Jason is always very professional and makes you feel at ease. He addresses my areas of concerns but also has a relaxing style. He’s definitely my favorite therapist!
I have recommended Elements for massages. I don't like doing a survey every month!
Everyone is always very nice. Tina Louise is great. Spa is very clean and comfortable.
The entrance is clean and relaxing. The staff is friendly and helpful and the massage was fantastic.
Elements in Brentwood is well managed and it's easy to make appointments. Megan gave an exceptional massage and was able to hone in on the most important areas needing work.
Easy booking... great service!
Maudisse is a great masseuse but the front desk seems confused. they tell me one thing but then someone else tells me something else completely. Conversations with the front desk about almost anything seem difficult and confusing.
Having the same professional for each massage. Consistency matters!
Everything!
Always a fantastic experience!
Great experience! Ariana gave me a very deep massage that relieved my back pain.
The venue is immaculate - and the massage rooms are very nice and comfortable. They are well decorated and I lined the tonal music. My massage therapist (Sydney) was thorough, professional and listed to me and my requests. Everything was well done.
Very professional therapeutic touch. I always feel in an improved state, following the sessions.
I love how some of the therapists understand what’s your needs are and and then you feel amazing afterwards.

Helena was very professional and kind.
Clean, friendly, ease in making appointments
I had a lot of nuts in my shoulder blades and tension on my neck. Blanca did a very good job! I felt a lot better after the massage.
The wonderful customer service of the staff. When I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome from Hannah. Emily had to switch rooms so Hana’s made me aware that it was going to be a little bit of a wait. Emily came out to introduce herself and ask if it were ok if we got started 15mins after my appointment time, which was fine with me. I appreciated the staff keeping me abreast of what was happening & I also appreciated the friendliness of the staff.
I've never had such amazing service. I moved away and specifically drove 1100 miles round trip to come for a visit bc the experience was amazing and I have tried and these people are so very much the best at what they do!
