Friendly staff, deep tissue massage means deep tissue massage, staff was very apologetic when they had to cancel my first visit and were able to rescheduled me the next day. Lazarus took the time to listen to what was my current concerns and customized my massage to get a great massage with emphasis on problem areas.

Friendly and courteous staff that aim to please. Level of massage is discussed beforehand and checked a couple times during the massage.

Staff are well trained and eager to offer advice for questions from customers. I greatly appreciate staff's willingness to give a tight muscle or other body part extra addition.

At the conclusion of a massage session, water is offered. Perhaps the cup of water could have a couple ice cubes in it to make it more refreshing.

The staff is always so pleasant and upbeat. Despite their recent unexpected move everyone is in a great mood! The new location is clean, spacious and comfortable. Jermaine remains the best masseuse ever!!

My massage was phenomenal. I have always requested deep tissue, but this was the first time I actually got deep tissue. Kim is knowledgable, provided information as she proceeded with the massage. I have to say best service I have ever gotten. I've been to all three locations in the dmv and by far Bethesda is the best. I also got a facial that was also amazing. My new spot!!!

I appreciate the fact that the front waiting room has become quieter. It’s hard to calm down when there’s lots of talking. The quieter conversations are appreciated. I nearly always schedule myself for a 90-minute massage. I believe this is false advertising. I am called back to the room, the therapist takes a few minutes to check in with me, and then I prepare to get on the table. The massage begins. I am fully dressed and have checked and literally in less than 90 minutes. The massage is definitely not even remotely close to being 90 minutes. I feel cheated. I do, however, want to express my appreciation for the kindness of the front staff, and Rena is an outstanding therapist. She’s kind and professional. She also is great about tucking in the sheet to protect my privacy. She always has a great attitude as well.
