It was my 1st visit to the Wayland Elements, and it was great. Easy parking, great check-in people, and a nice relaxing waiting area. Kevin was great and deeper than I expected, which I like. But he constantly checked in asking about the pressure. It was 60 for minutes but I booked a 90 and am looking forward to it. I may try some of the other therapists at some point.
Relaxing and clean
I have been a customer for 10 years. I have been fortunate to be able to schedule the same massage therapist who is excellent. Coming for a massage is a healing experience. Administrative and support staff is always welcoming and pleasant. I also like that the facility is located in a center that has adequate and easy parking.
