Excellent front desk customer service. For example I appreciate the front desk associates reaching out with information about special offers, and also contacting me in a timely manner when I’m waiting-listed and an appointment becomes available.
Also, the buy one, get one half off sale result in a much better price point per Massage, which is important for someone like me who needs regular massages.

And it’s a small thing, but I also appreciate the small piece of dove chocolate with each session☺️

When I arrived, I was kindly welcomed by Scoti, who told me all about Elements and what to expect. She brought me on a little tour and was very friendly and personable.
Next, I met Lisa, my massage therapist. Let me tell you, I have had 100's of massages in my life, and hers is one I'll remember; she's truly gifted in her abilities. She has healing hands and reads your body, determining its needs. I was blessed to have her for 90 minutes, and felt like a new person at the end. She was delightful in every way. All in all, I was very satisfied with the service and communication I received at Elements, and will definitely come back.
