My second massage at Elements within 18 mos. The first massage by a young woman whose name I cannot recall was not very good.
Glenda, my friend and who works at Elements, suggested I begin with Lee. Lee, whom I had this past week, was very conscientious and seemed knowledgeable and earnest. He also spent time after the massage suggesting how I could stretch my shoulders so that my neck is not so tight.
I will return for sure.

Appts are on time. Every masseuse has asked thorough questions about my needs at the beginning of the appt. I have pretty severe scoliosis, so I prefer lots of back work and every person is different but equally magical! At the end of the session, warm or cold water is always offered.
