My 10 is for the excellent service from Nikki at reception and my massage therapist Cindy. You are very lucky to have them on your team. They truly understand the meaning of treating the customer well and understanding their needs. They are always so very kind.

NOTE TO THE OWNER…please bring back the heat packs to use during our massage sessions. They really help. Not sure why this lovely extra was stopped on the first place. Please bring them back!!!

Excellent therapist

Element massage in Stuart was very clean. The owner Hector, was very personable. James was my masseuse.I didn’t really specify the degree to which he should massage, I felt that his focus was too much on my shoulders and less so on my back legs and arms. The focus on my shoulders was so intense, that it hurt for a few days. My fault, I should’ve spoken up, but I did not, and will do so the next time I go. I do plan to go again.
To be honest, this was my first massage in quite a few years.

I have been going to Elements Massage in Belmont for over 4 years. I see an Elite masseuse, Janet. I have been getting massages for over 20 years and Janet is the BEST there is! Not only is she cute as a button, meaning, one of the sweetest and kindest people I’ve ever met but she delivers the most amazing deep massage you’ll ever experience! She does all the little things to make you feel comfortable such as: making sure the bed is warmed up; puts a towel on the floor by the bed so your feet don’t have to touch the rug, uses chimes and music to relax your mind and ALWAYS KNOWS where those pesky knots are! She is extremely knowledgeable of the body and how everything is connected! She is just AMAZING! I’d also like to note that Ari who is frequently there one answering the phone, is extremely attentive to clients! They’ve frequently reached out when an opening has become available on Janet’s schedule! Everyone is so nice and receptive! If I could give 10 stars, I would!!

Martha listened to me and ask questions about specific areas of my body that I was having issues with. She then focused on those areas during our 50 min session.
Her massage was soothing and gave me great relief.
