Make up sessions wait list is long . I feel like if we miss a class we really can't make it up
It seemed a bit disorganized. Adult swim lessons are featured prominently on your website, but only children swim caps and goggle were available for purchase.
For the three (3) sessions that I have had, instruction on how to right myself in the water is most important. Once I have more lessons and am able to feel more secure in the water I will be better able to give a more specific review.
Staff and coaches are friendly and efficient. Having little kids means it's not always possible to make or schedules appointment and I love having thirty days to make up your missed class.
Flexible schedule for private lessons, reasonable prices.
It has been a very good environment for my son - small classes, kind, caring teachers and an intimate space - who was very afraid and resistant to learning to swim. He is now a swimmer!
I recommend that kids attending trial or intro classes are given an intro to the water and pool five minutes before the class starts.
Also, there was an older kid which was an advanced swimmer doing a makeup class with the preschoolers. The instructor was not able to pay attention to my sone once he got in the water because she was distracted by the parent of the older kid. Sounds like there was a mix up with that kid being in the class. I suggest that the office attendants handle questions from parents once all of the kids are in the water. This would avoid taking time from the class and most importantly would avoid something from happening to the kids while they are in the pool as the instructor would be able to focus on the kids and not worry about talking with parents.

The bathroom/changing area is pretty cramped and really difficult to change if more than 1 or 2 other people are in there at the same time. It would also be great if the floors could be hosed down mid-day since the accumulation of hair, etc. on the bathroom and pool area floors is a little gross.

Cost and flexible options.
The facilities need to be cleaner especially the womens restroom which has a floor filled with hairs. It might need to be cleaned multiple times a day considering the high traffic. Also, Swift is dirty and the womens restroom is dirty and doesn't have showers that work in addition to only having cold water. Please get a more appropriate and clean facility than Swift. Your instructors are excellent and your services are wonderful but the facilities' cleanliness and Swift needs to be improved. Thank you
Employees should be aware of instructor schedules and preferences before scheduling appointments
with potential customers. I was forced to alter my entire schedule after receiving confirmation from Blue Dolphins weeks in advance.
I did not appreciate how that was handled. After I was scheduled for classes and provided
payment- I was treated disrespectfully.
Allow students to progress faster if they're able to master a lesson quickly. Instead of having to repeat the same exercises or lessons over and over again.
Fitz's analysis of my stroke and the drills he suggested to improve my stroke were delivered in a positive and encouraging way.
