The heat pump was installed in December but not hooked up electrically. I had to call Amerispec in early January and they were unaware that the electricity
had not been hooked up to the unit. When the electrician arrived to do the hook-up he was very rude and short tempered. Amerispec was supposed to leave forms with me to give to Efficiency Nova Scotia but I did not receive any forms. They did not send the required forms to Efficiency Nova Scotia until June 30th.

Dave checked the main level throughout, testing washer, dryer, jetted tub and all power outlets. And more. The inspection continued to the rec room looking for any damp or previous water damage and more. Then on to the outdoors including roof, brick condition and garage. My home was given a clean bill of house. This inspection provided a great peace of mind for me in my new house and city. Thank you.

Je ne recommanderai pas cet inspecteur a aucun de mes clients. Il a fait son inspection en moins d'une heure. Il est anglophone et a de la misère à bien expliquer en français. Il mentionne des problèmes, mais aucun solution aux problèmes.
Très déçu du service de l'inspecteur, en plus dommage que vous n'offrez plus le manuel aux acheteurs.

Our inspector was so so friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us suggestions, and explained all parts of the inspection. He also answered all our questions, and there were many.
