Excellent recommendations, and excellent aid. The poor guy also had to fight our attic hatch and install a handle to get it open. He also somehow managed to eyeball the handle location and stuck it dead centre which is not relevant but was impressive. Everything was very clearly laid out for us, and the super handy chart made the very confusing government information crystal clear. Will absolutely recommend, and I am really excited to get the work done!
Our inspector, Josh Tendick, was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and did a superb job communicating his findings to us, emphasizing the things he felt were most critical. I’ve moved a number of times, and Josh was easily the best home inspector I’ve ever worked with! I would work with him again, and recommend him to any of my friends.

So far the process has been very friendly and accommodating. I like the follow up emails and prior confirmation to the site visit, as I am also a business owner, and have time constraints and need to have any of my appointments occur as scheduled and on time.

There were several items the inspector missed like low water pressure, numerous lights inoperative. Did not test the control of the heating system properly, the dishwasher had corrosion inside (had to replace it). Your company has too many disclaimers that prevent a proper inspection of a home that you are spending over a million dollars for. Thank you for almost nothing.
