We used David Furry and he was absolutely great! Seemed very honest and knowledgeable while keeping our best interest in mind. We received great advice from him and are very thankful he was our inspector since we have heard bad things in the past about inspectors not always being the most trustworthy. Excellent inspection report! Very easy to navigate, terms that wouldn't be common knowledge have definitions built right into the report, and the maintenance tips/recommended professionals bits are absolutely amazing. Our inspector Vern was simply fantastic and has no equal; he was very comfortable to be around, extraordinarily pleasant and helpful, and incredibly thorough. He took time to explain things, never made you feel stupid for not knowing something just taught you and explained it flawlessly; I really feel like I have a better handle on being a homeowner after Vern went through these things with us. Just an all out fabulous experience.

I don't think there was an inch of this house that wasn't inspected. He cleaned up after his self. What impressed me the most was when he sat down with us and explained the results. He used language that I could understand! I would recommend this company and

Trevor was the inspector and he was thorough, and very detailed in his inspection and report. Well versed in current code requirements. His verbal report after his inspection was easy to understand for a lay-person and he was always willing to explain in more detail when requested. This process of buying and selling a house is very stressful and this part ended up being much easier than expected.

I found Justin to be a very nice man. He was respectful of our home, friendly and answered all my questions.
