David was a true professional with a ton of knowledge when it comes to homes. His effective communication style allowed for my wife and I to easily comprehend the information David had for us, and allowed for great client/inspector interaction. * I believe the inspector is expert on his job.

$325 for entering a few items into a computer and having it spit out a report that is worthless. I get it is a requirement to sell a house in bend but I don’t believe you are required to charge $325 for providing absolutely nothing of importance.
