First off Chris was extremely friend, polite and thorough. He explained the process of the inspection and came very well prepared to complete the inspection leaving nothing unturned. His knowledge of his job came through with every step he took. I was very impressed !!!! Chris represented the inspection service with highest marks.

I really like the quick response and ease of making an appointment for an inspection. I loved the thoroughness of the inspection and the patience that was shown in answering my questions. I also like the kindness shown in pointing out the possibility of one of the outside faucets being frozen...but...actually helped with a solution to prevent future freezing and didn't just comment and leave it as it was. I will be contacting you'll again for a re-check. Thanks again

One thing i would recommend is to text customers when you e-mail invoices. I get 200ish emails a day (mostly junk) and i miss important things a lot

Excellent Technician- Friendly reliable. In today's world where this is lacking this is greatly noted and appreciated. Truly seems like he cares about his job and wants to do the best thing for the consumer. Based upon this I would highly recommend this technician and/or the company that he works for to anyone who asks.
