A very comprehensive home inspection was done which revealed deficiencies that were unexpected. The follow up benefit of an online home maintenance schedule is a plus as well a the catalog area for you to list your appliances which is useful to have for multiple purpose.

Our Amerispec home inspection was limited to a termite inspection. I like the idea of the inspector being independent of the folks who will be treating the house if we are found to require it. The technician was prompt, very knowledgable and thorough. He inspected our home, inside and out and underneath. Afterwards he explained every aspect of his findings and recommended a path forward. I am very satisfied with the service and I will definitely use it again.

Our inspector was FANTASTIC. I can't recommend him enough. He was incredibly thorough, And while he stayed true to his mission of not opining on what we "should" do in specific circumstances, he helped us understand the full range of what the defects in the house are, and how we should prioritize the fixes depending upon safety of our family, future damage to the home, and other factors. He was a true professional. And importantly, he was absolutely wonderful with my 80 year old father trailing behind him asking thousands of questions. I cannot recommend Rob enough. You have a gem on your staff.
