Henry was very professional and easy to talk to. He kept me informed of what he was doing during the audit and also gave me a few insights during the air leak test.
Havnt seen the results yet but Stephanie was courteous and professional

As I was gone away hunting with no phone service they called to conferm my appointment with no answer they did not email me which my wife would of received so they didn’t take the time to show up as my wife stayed home all day to meet them then they decided to use my email to send a bill for services they want payment but was to busy to even show up at the house. I guess there to busy to show up for appointments but not to busy to send a bill
