The representative had an appointment at 12:30 and she did not come and i waited by the phone all day when i had other engagements in Halifax. The next day she came but not upon the agreed upon time.
Since then, my contractor identified areas above the foundation that are leaking air and should have been part of the original job. Now I am delayed for more weeks before this job can be updated.
Alex was the picture of professionalism. Firstly, our seller happened to be on-site and was somewhat confrontational. Alex handled it with aplomb and focused on walking me through every facet of the home.
He was both perfectly bilingual and genuinely enthused to show me all the different things I’d need to look out for as a first time home owner.
Alex took the time necessary and then some to be sure my wife and I were prepared for the next 5 to 10 years and I couldn’t recommend him enough.
