The inspector was efficient and great to talk to - he broke down any concerns into layman's terms which made it easy to understand what exactly he was talking about. I am very satisfied with the process and am confident as a first time homebuyer now that I've had Amerispec inspect my home.
The inspector was very thorough. Every part of the house (indoor and outdoor) was checked and commented on. The report provided was very detailed and included potential solutions where applicable. The issues were pointed out to me in person as I accompanied the inspector. Issues were also classified in terms of importance (cosmetic, need to be fixed in a couple years, or urgent, etc.). The service was extremely helpful in understanding the current state of the house.
Scheduling was easy. Jorge was kind and knowledgeable. Report was thorough.
