I had a great experience with Chris and the inspection report he provided was detailed and gave me the confidence to move forward with my purchase. He took the time to answer all my questions (and I had a lot) and did not make me feel bad about asking all the questions. He explained any notes/comments on the report and advise what things should/could be done and the urgency level. He was professional, kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a home inspection.

Your worker was really friendly and accommodating. We were able to communicate easily by text and he was able to come at a time that worked for my schedule even though it was after 5pm.
