Colleen was on time, thorough, and clear. She was very personable and was able to deliver a comprehensive report in a way that we could really understand and digest. She helped us feel like we were going into our home purchase with eyes wide open, and was clearly very knowledgeable of the real estate market, construction, and city codes. The written report she delivered was extremely easy to follow, with clear notation and structure. I highly recommend Colleen!
It's been more than 4 weeks since inspection was done and still didn't get report yet. You should consider your current customer first and complete their report before getting new clients. I've been sending emails, text and calling on phone number but no reply, at least reply on those emails. I got email 2 weeks ago that my report should come last week but didn't receive it, not recommend to any one, no professionalism.

inspection services were done on time and with advance notice by phone or text. received timely emails about our appt's and payment options available. Mark our energy advisor was quite personable and was thorough with how he performed the air test and other inspections. was a painless process throughout and received a accurate report on our home air test. was what we expected with very little insulation in the bedroom and bath area of our home. all is complete and will receive rebate in the future.

Was thorough in his assessments asking about all work carried out so any areas of the rebate that could be captured happened.was efficient in that it did not take a great deal of my time.instructions ahead of time made sure all documentation was ready for him.

Simple et professionnel
Our inspector, Steve, was excellent. Our home is unusual because it is in part, a 200 year old log house that was relocated and rebuilt 50 years ago plus it includes a significant addition that was added in 1995.
Before doing the pressure test, Steve did a methodical inspection and asked many questions about the construction details. Clearly, he now understands our house better than we do.
The result for us, aside from meeting the requirement for the grant, is a confirmation that our unusual home is, and will continue to be, a viable place to live in for the future. In addition, it is worth the expense of upgrading to the newer more advanced systems that are available today.

Enbridge is no longer offering the program and literature and inspector indicated they were.
Only the federal Greener Homes grants/rebates are available.
Justin explained the process to us and invited us to go through the house with him as he did the audit, asking questions about the work we had done. He then showed us the areas where we could seal some gaps where there was air still getting in. Justin went through our paperwork with us and gave us a rough timeline of the process to finalize our rebate.
