Everything from the email notifications, to the great detail going over the house once the inspection was done to receiving the report quickly. Peter took his time showing me everything that he noticed and was marked in the report so I understood.

This is my 3rd time using AmeriSpec, and I have not been disappointed. Reports are thorough, and the inspectors are very professional. My only improvement would be to make sure when foundation cracks are noted to get pictures of both the interior and exterior sections of the walls.

Stewart was prompt, thorough, honest, quick & efficient moving about the 3 level home, running rings around us younger folk! Lol 😆 He did his due diligence with our best interest at hand. He was very friendly, down to earth, and explained everything to us in grand detail. The only down side was not being able to physically talk to someone when calling. However when I did get an answer, Daytona was nice, informative & answered all my questions & concerns! Thanks AmeriSpec ❣️ Hopefully all goes well on this housing choice! This was a very thorough inspection of over two hours. While several issues were identified, the inspector was honest and clear instead of over or under playing the situation and we appreciate both the personal candidness of the inspector and also the professional report!
