I ordered the inspection me and the seller attended. As the seller and I conversed there wasa brief statement reviling her political stance. And though I myself am not a trump supporter. The seller is. When this incident occurred the inspector expressed his distain. By making a face and a sound of discuss. The seller was visibly annoyed face turned red and everything, but she kept her calm and she didn’t say anything. At the bare minimum it was unprofessional. she’s selling her dead mother‘s house and was very pro Trump herself. it could’ve crashed my deal…! as far as the inspection go top marks in all categories, communication, education, attentiveness, and very knowledgeable. Explain to us step-by-step. what was going on came in with a plan and executed it flawlessly, but because of that lack of professionalism, I have to mark down, unfortunately, in this climate scratch that in any climate it is unacceptable so I give a 7/10 because it was just a sound had he said actual words the inspection would’ve stopped right there and he would’ve been sent home and I would’ve asked for a refund

The inspector was Great!

There were 3 inspection items missed that ended up costing us over $5,0000.00 to fix. The biggest missed item was a hot water heater that should not have passed inspection. It costs us time, inconvenience (no hot water for weeks) and money for something that the inspector (according to the plumber) “never should have passed”. We submitted a video's & pictures of the heater, hoping AmeriSpec might make us whole, or at least meet us halfway. The only thing they offered was a refund of the fee we paid for the inspection, but of course without any apologies, or admission of the negligence by the inspector. They were recommended by our realtor. We should have paid more attention to the reviews, which were not all
Positive.
