David was professional and courteous when introducing himself and explaining how his inspection would progress. He was respectful that we worked from home and inspected our offices first. He was thorough and answered our questions. We even discovered we had a whole house ventilation system we weren't aware of!
This is the first house I have every bought in my life. Everything is stressful and scary. Chris broke everything down for me regarding the house inspection (the process, the report, honestly some advice on being a new home owner). The appointment was booked for 11:30 AM and confirmed for that time. The rep was one hour late showing up and told us that she was told the appointment was at noon. I called the office at 12 noon was told she was on her way. The same thing happened when we booked our first appointment so it would appear the scheduling issues are not resolved. We were told we would have the results of our assessment in two weeks but would not know the amount of the rebate for up to 6 months. Not a great program. Homeowners are investing in to their homes to make them more efficient as per the report we receive and then have no idea how much of rebate they will receive.

It was very easy to schedule and a quick service turnaround. The inspector was also excellent and very thorough in his inspection. This is my second time using Amerispec and I am more than pleased with the service I received.
