J'ai été déçue par la prestation de l'inspecteur, non pas en ce qui concerne ses connaissances techniques qui semblaient bonnes, mais plutôt par son attitude et certainement par un manque d'habileté en communication. L'inspecteur semblait pressé, peu patient, parlait très vite et très fort, nous demandait de ne pas l'interrompre, et lorsqu'on posait des questions, il disait "cette question prouve que tu ne m'écoutes pas". De plus, il n'a pas simplifié les termes de la construction auxquels des premiers acheteurs ne sont pas familiers. Cependant, le rapport d'inspection était bien fait et le dossier remis par la suite était très complet.

Compagnie d'inspection bien organisée, toujours à l'heure, efficace & compétente avec une équipe exceptionnelle ! Je la recommande fortement : )

Very Thorough

Lisa was the perfect home inspection partner for us! She arrived onsite at our new home and led a (seemingly!) effortless and efficient inspection of the house. She educated us during the home inspection process on her findings and potential implications if repairs were not addressed down the road.
