This is our first time buying a home and doing a house inspection, my husband and I are really pleased with the results considering we live states away. We got our house inspection results via email; it was well organized. Pictures were shown with deficiencies as well as the comments bellow. Trevor Fleming was exceptional. Knowledgeable, thorough, excellent communicator, clear, encouraged and responsive to questions, friendly, well equipped to show us details based on the photos he took, and timely. We were impressed he scrambled throughout the nasty crawl space to take photos and observe all areas. His report was very informative and thorough with the addition of photos and videos effectively supporting his comments when pointing out his observations.
It was very detailed.
Blair took the time to explain and was very resourceful!
