The inspection was thorough, professionally done, and the report was easy to read and understand! Overall, a wonderful experience! I am so glad I had it done, there were issues that were not visible to me, and I got them taken care of before closing.
Micah was amazing. He did a detailed inspection on our new home and spotted a issue with the HVAC. We used him for follow ups until seller did correct the problem. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Amerispec. 10 stars!!!!
