Arrived 2.5 hours earlier than appointment time with 5 minutes notice. Had to leave work earlier than planned which costs myself a considerable amount of money.
Very professional and trustworthy. The report is easy to read and comprehensive but you learn a lot from the Inspector while the inspection is occurring as well. They represent our interest as the purchasers and catch the things that matter in a purchase.

The inspector, Colleen, was on time, cordial, respectful and very informative. She was patient when we asked questions.
First off Chris was extremely friend, polite and thorough. He explained the process of the inspection and came very well prepared to complete the inspection leaving nothing unturned. His knowledge of his job came through with every step he took. I was very impressed !!!! Chris represented the inspection service with highest marks.

I really like the quick response and ease of making an appointment for an inspection. I loved the thoroughness of the inspection and the patience that was shown in answering my questions. I also like the kindness shown in pointing out the possibility of one of the outside faucets being frozen...but...actually helped with a solution to prevent future freezing and didn't just comment and leave it as it was. I will be contacting you'll again for a re-check. Thanks again
