He was punctual, friendly and easy to explain things to because he took the time to listen. He was willing to explain each step that he had to do as he did it. He demonstrated a god knowledge of construction and he understood his role in the process. He was good at making me aware of the next steps so that I felt like there should be no surprises. He gave me the feeling that he was very competent.
