They cane early and knocked out the inspection quickly and efficiently. Took time to review and show me what he found and gear documentation.

Friendly knowledgeable professional
I had a misunderstanding on the qualifications for the rebate. I had taken the info and assumed it one way instead of the other. When I replied to my bill email mentioning my confusion and wondering about being pointed in the right direction. I was messaged very unprofessionally and belittled by the employee.
