You were quick enough to do the initial inspection but it took from January 4th to the May 10th to do a follow up inspection.. I’ve installed solar panels and I was depending on AmeriSpec to do the follow up inspection and apply for the CGHG so that I could pay Polaron Solar the $5000. due on June 1st. As of today, it’s still not done and I’ll have to pay Polaron $5000. from my own funds.
I contacted your office numerous times after Jan 4th and was given the “brush off” every time basically stating that we’ll get to it someday. Not pleased !!!
Doug walked through every step of the inspection and provided thorough explanations on his findings. It gave me confidence that everything was accounted for.

I had Reg Deck (from Peterborough, ON) inspect the house I am buying. He was very thorough, answered all my questions in laymen's terms and took the time to educate me on how the heating and plumbing systems work. That man got everywhere and certainly wasn't afraid to get dirty. He was friendly, worked hard and his report was impressively detailed.
10/10 would recommend this particular home inspector.
