Ken was very thorough. Felt like he did a complete inspection.
They were very prompt and informative with their inspection. Also, the price was reasonable and the scheduling process was so easy.
Very professional.
Clear language about repairs in report. What iwas said during inspection didn’t show up on report. Also, inspector missed the smoke/carbon monoxide detectors (buyer asked and inspector starting searching). In report, no mention of where they must be placed per code or 10 year battery smoke detectors. Inspector did not inform the buyers of the main shut of valve to house or street. Talked about the electrical panel but did not show the buyers where it was. I think the end talk should include a walk through to see items being talked about ( not everything but important things). Lastly state the purpose of an inspection so buyers aren’t focused on small stuff.

Jordan was very thorough with our home inspection. Walked us through whT he was going to do right at the begining and went by every room inspecting the windows, the vents, furnace and water heater, took down notes and screenshots and gave recommendations. We felt extremely comfortable.
