We put solar panels on our roof to create enough electricity to run our whole farm, the pre and post evaluation had nothing to do with our project. They did efficiency tests for the inside of our house which just waisted time and had nothing to do with solar

As we talked about, the energy evaluations are required by the federal government for you to receive your grants. With adding the solar panels to your property, you increased the energy efficiency of your home as a whole and that is what is reflected in the new Energuide rating from the evaluatons. Respectfully, I would like to see the report before I complete a feedback survey and have an opportunity to have follow-up questions before being the target of « rate me » emails. Doesn’t that make sense? I’d suggest revising your practices to send out the survey after you have delivered a report.

We live in Maine, and had a home in TN inspected. We had to trust our references from someone we didn't even know. We're very happy with AmeriSpec, although the results were not desirable, the report was very thorough! Micah's attention to detail was very much appreciated!! We appreciate all the pictures and detailed explanations. You saved us a lot of hidden repairs and replacements. And the report was available that night!!
We definitely recommend Amerispec, and will be using them again for our next find!!
