After having difficulty with first company I called that took forever to get an appointment and then was rescheduled twice, I called AmeriSpec and appointment was quick and hassle free. Follow up appointment as well.
The inspector was on time and gave us a good estimate of how much time the inspection would take. He seemed to be very thorough as he checked out all levels of the house both inside and out. He was also friendly and very professional.
