After initially leaving a message that i was interested in an energy audit, i was contacted within 24 hours. The appointment for the audit was booked for just a few days later. James Fenton arrived on time and explained the initial paperwork that I needed to read and sign. He then proceeded to take all necessary measurements and checked attic. He then did the test fir loss if energy in my home. He kept me informed through the process. I am now having additional work completed based on his recommendation as a further benefit to my home. Quick and easy
As a first time homebuyer, I am very new to the process and don't know what to expect. Shawn was more than willing to answer all my questions and even went beyond what was expected to explain different options. Additionally, having a home binder was everything that was reported is extremely helpful for when we do minor repairs down the road. I would highly recommend.
