Mike was friendly, prompt, and efficient with the pre and post inspections for me.
Amerispec policy :
"Your receipts for the Audits are automatically sent to you within 3 days - You must keep both Audit receipts (Pre & Post Audit) in a safe place to prove you've completed the audit process"
Still waiting after 50 business days. No answer as to when I can expect it.

It's really disheartening to not get any kind of straight answers.
Not sure how time consuming it is to generate an audit receipt but why have your customers expect a level of service that can't be met and therefore frustrations result.
Timeliness of report being delivered. It took 4 days to receive it.
Good price, friendly and professional inspectors. Thorough job. And great availability and flexibility for my schedule.

There was a bit of confusion with the information provided on site during the first inspection. It would have been helpful if he had clarified the heat pump requirements with Efficiency Nova Scotia before providing us with his opinion.
