Myself and my buyers attended the entire inspection. The inspector wasn't engaging or personable with my buyers and didn't direct us to follow him in any area besides the utility room. It was the worst inspection I've experienced. I found myself filling in additional information for my buyers and tried to keep an up beat vibe. I felt like the inspector did the inspection and paperwork and was ready to get out of there asap. I prefer meeting with the inspector after he's completed the inspection so he can take time with my clients to go over all results.

No disappointment. The olnly contact Ihave had with your office is by e-mail (once) and to drop off the earnest money check. Can't evaluate on such little contact. Lady in front was very helpful.
