Friendly staff
Although the inspector did his job completely, and explained what he could/could not do as a home inspector, he was a bit stiff with my client. A couple of times it almost became argumentative. In the end, all was well, but I think the inspector needs to gauge his clients a bit and try and adapt to their communication style. He was very robotic.

This inspection service was recommended by my real estate brokerage. I am not the only one sold on their services. I personally use Patrick as my home inspector, he does an excellent job.
