Colleen was very responsive regarding scheduling the inspection, was on time and prompt with the inspection and report, and answered any questions my client and I had.
Did not check washer and dryer due to clothes in each. Could have mentioned it to the realtor or buyer and we could have removed as both were dry. Did not ask realtor or buyer to reset garbage disposal. Forgot to turn down a/c before leaving.
