They were wonderful
AmeriSpec has great service and simply put they get the job done.
Prompt arrival, smooth delivery of services and above all very communicative. There was never a moment when I did not know what was taking place and they did a great job educating me to the do’s and don’ts based on the findings during the home and septic inspection.
Very thorough. The inspector was very knowledgeable and allowed me to follow him through out the house and ask questions as he did his job.
The inspector saw many things that I had overlooked...we got the seller to fix electrical issues, baseboards and drywall, and got a new toilet! Thank you AmeriSpec!
