Surprised by all the exclusion and not responsible verbiage understand the reason for it, but after reading 34 pages of it came away wondering what was checked and what you are responsible for!!!
Being the home owner who contracted to obtain the report, it was disappointing to read the "standard" verbiage which reads like the report was ordered by a person looking to buy the property. Surely you must be able to develop two different templates.
I appreciated the professionalism and knowledge of our inspector, Joe. I also liked the email and text confirmations. We will definitely recommend him to others. Thank you for a great job.
