Very professional
While I am aware of the disclosure regarding not moving furniture etc, inspector refused to look at fireplace and various items blocked by a lightweight dog enclosure after I moved them to allow him access.
Various items such as broken tile were noted in the report but not mentioned nor pointed out to us while we in the property nor was a picture included in the report.
Inspector was very curt in responses to my questions. He was very reluctant to explain or answer questions. Just seemed to be in a hurry to do a minimal inspection and leave.
I understand that this type of inspection is brief and superficial but this inspection was close to worthless. I would not recommend this inspector nor AmeriSpec.

I'm sorry my inspector was curt and was reluctant to answering your questions. Also, I'm sorry he rushed through your inspection. I have spoken to him to make sure this never happens again. You moved the dog crate and my inspector still wouldn't inspect the fireplace? This is also unacceptable. I would be happy to come back to the property and inspect the fireplace personally and walk you through any items you want to look at. Fast, friendly, & knowledgeable
The inspector was very thorough yet efficient. His explanation was very logical and he seemed to really "get it!"
Dan was a true professional.He was on time, he explained the process and how he was going to conduct the inspection.
In the end, he walk my husband and I through his findings and the preliminary report. He even wore slippers (not his outside shoes) while conducting the in-home portion of the inspection!
