The energy auditor did not provide me with an explanation of either energy report .
There was also a discrepancy between the auditor and the insulation installer regarding the square footage of the attic. When I asked her to explain this, she made it very confusing, would not contact the installer or explain her calculations in a clear manner.
In addition the initial report, has a better energy rating than the final one. I sent her an email asking why this is the case, she did not respond.
All in all I feel my experience with AmeriSpec was hugely disappointing.
Keith did a very thorough inspection and wrote a detailed report.

Aaron did an amazing job! He arrived promptly and was easy to discuss issues with regards to energy loss in my house. He also helped guide me in the right direction on where to look for rebates. Start to finish only took one hour which was nice for my busy work schedule. I called the office to let them know how much I appreciated the service. Great communication, friendly and knowledgeable inspector!
Mr. Ivo Alviani was outstanding for the following reasons listed:
1. Arrived 20 minutes prior to the appt. time.
2. He was very welcoming, friendly and business productive.
3. He agreed for us to follow his footsteps throughout the inspection while pointing out concerns and things that were satisfactory or in need of attention.
4. He was extremely detailed oriented.
5. He explained everything with clarity and in terms of clear understanding.
6. He answered questions and was very knowledgeable in providing his answers.
7. He appeared to be trustworthy.
8. He was available to answer concerns after the inspection. Once again explaining everything clearly with concise and to the point.
9. He was proficient and highly effective in covering the entire house from ceiling to floor, all appliances, electrical and heating apparatus as well.
