I liked that you explained everything at a level for me to understand.
I don't feel like the inspection was very helpful and the guy didn't really tell me much when he was there. The report is not very helpful either.
I know of other people who were told about lights and had them replaced with new ones and some received hot water tank blankets, none of the that stuff was offered or talked about and there was no help with any of the little things that could have been done. I feel like it was a waste of time and money to get the report done.

Easy to schedule appointments quickly and on short notice. Especially good since many appointments have to be on Saturday for our vacation home buyers
Your scheduling person is rude. I think your company only sees it by your view and not the customer.
Get a person to drop off radon in advance. Your radon prices are $20 more than others, hire someone yo set it up.
Not confident in all of your inspectors.
We were very impressed with our home inspectors, who were so professional and knowledgeable that they saved us from buying a home that had subtle but serious structural problems. They were patient, courteous, and seemed to understand the emotional rollercoaster of finding out a house you really like may end up being buyer's remorse. We are still looking and would not buy a house without them checking it first.
