Super thorough process of inspecting every aspect of the home. Inspector was very knowledgeable and concise.
Ray is very passionate about the service he provided me. He was thorough with his inspection and took the time to explain each step he was taking. He took the time to explain the areas of concern that he found and made sure I understood before he moved to the next area of his inspection. Friendliness of staff
I received my report the same night of my inspection. There was a potential huge issue with the roof and it gave me extra time to research and confirm the shingles were not the bad shingles from the class action suit from 2005 and earlier. Thank you so much!!
