Thorough, competent, friendly.
She inspect outside, inside, up & down of the property really good to make sure everything works. She concentrate on her work and very neatly. Before we leave she make sure doors are closed. She explain every thing what needs to be done. She is the inspector you can trust.
Mike was wonderful. My husband was unable to make the inspection and Mike took his time explaining things in a way I understood. He was friendly yet professional. I felt our report was very thorough. I felt very confident in pursuing the home as well as how to fix the things that needed attention. The written report was easy to follow and the pictures helped remind me of issues to address either with the seller or on my own. I would use Mike and AmeriSpec again and I highly recommend them to others.

it would help if the inspectors took some pictures. other inspection companies do that with all the items that need repairs and it helps tremendously for the sellers and buyers

Service was professionally done: on time, courteous, explained what was included in the inspection, described the standards for the checks, what could and could not be inspected and why, i.e., obscured by seller's goods, etc., verbal debrief and a final electronic copy of the report. Also provided a notebook of house maintenance items to be checked that will help the home owner.
