Some areas that were important to me missed to be inspected:
- Atic not inspected for insulation (was told would have to pay extra for another day because seller should have Emptied their closet for easy access);
- Drainage not inspected for proper operation and clearance;
- Operation of the security system not inspected;
- Crawl spaces not inspected fully inspected.
Don Norton is one of the most professional inspectors we have ever worked with in 30 years. He is competent, courteous and customer-focused. We highly recommend him.
Our inspector, Michael Johnson was incredibly professional and courteous. His knowledge was very helpful to our understanding of the condition of the home we are purchasing. Michael answered all of my questions with detail and accuracy and shared insights into the inspection process that helped to alleviate any buyers anxiety.
