I rated an 8 for recommendation to a friend only because I do not know of anyone requiring your services at this time.
The gentleman that came to do my audit was very personable and informative. I appreciated his comments and advice. He performed his inspection in a very timely manner. He called to inform me that he was ahead of schedule and asked if he could come a few hours early. He came right away which was great so that I did not have to wait.
His efforts and presentation I would rate a 10.
