Flavio and Dario were very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful; as well as funny. They answered all our questions and took the time to explain terms we were unfamiliar with, and let us know which repairs were urgent and which could be saved for later down the line. They also noted to us all the important things they found and gave us recommendations on how to solve these problems.
They also got the inspection done quickly and thoroughly. I greatly enjoyed their care in inspecting our new home and would recommend them to anyone who needs a great pair of inspectors!

It was very thorough and informative. Also, the inspection was conducted on time and efficiently. Furthermore, the inspector was knowledgeable, informative, friendly and open to as many questions as we could think of.
The inspection was a lot more thorough than I thought it was going to be (which is great!). I feel very confident that I know exactly what I’m buying after the inspection was done. The inspector was very nice and open to answer any questions that I had. Along with pointing out all of the deficiencies, whether they were minor or a bit more important, they provided suggestions on how to fix these problems. I would recommend this company to anyone that is in need of a home inspection.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to explain how they were inspecting the septic system and how it works. The reports were very thorough for both the septic and water.
