L'inspecteur a fait un bon travail.

Scheduling was easy. The inspection was thorough and they were able to alert us about a few items that needed to be addressed. I felt that the cost was more than worth it. I will definitely recommend your services to other's.

I think the inspector was very thorough, and well well equiped,(he had a telescoping ladder for the roof and other tools and gadgets to do his job as he should have but I was impressed with the ladder.) I had made sure to have a very long, large ,ladder on hand for him , but he didn't need it.He was polite and answered my questions while remaining neutral.I like the promptness of the company, the feedback, whether it be reciepts, reports, etc and the continued advice afterwards.
This my 2nd time using Amerispec. I felt like the inspectors were really trying to make sure the homes were healthy and safe for me both times.

The owner, Rob, was incredibly rude. Receiving our report that had been paid for was like pulling teeth. Never will I ever recommend Amerispec Windsor to ANYONE (and I recommend Home Inspectors almost daily).

I had left a 5 star review of Amerispec after having an energy audit completed at my house last year. The person that completed the audit has since left the company leaving me to deal with the owner/manager directly. He was not willing to communicate and when a connection was finally made, he was rude. Very disappointing after an initially positive experience and I do not intend to use them again.
