We thought Stephanie was excellent. The only thing we were a little puzzled by was that the "blower door test" wasn't done.

Stewart, im not sure if that was his name, but he did his job. We are a first time home buyer with little to no knowledge about homes, but just looking at his detailed report, we felt relieved from the stress of the unknown.

Better attempt made to take high res photos of system labels (i.e. serial number / model number). My report seemed light on exact details. For example, my hot water heater serial / model number is unreadable, meaning I can't quantify when it was manufactured. I have to go off the fact that it 'looks new'.

Would like to see less delay to get the final report
The inspector provided good insight and suggestions for issues shown and ones that could arise. They answered all of the questions that I had about the property. They were thorough with their inspection and made sure to point out things as we were going. The final inspection report was provided in a timely manner.

The inspection was easy to arrange. The inspector arrived on time. He was courteous, respectful (took his shoes off in house) he explained procedure and process clearly.

The company called twice to verify the home inspection and answered all my calls and questions regarding completing the Green Home Energy Grant forms. I received Emails as well to confirm my appointment and name of the Inspector who would be attending my home. The Inspector called prior to coming to the house…had an opportunity to come earlier than scheduled on the date of appointment. He was very considerate, explained the entire process, including outside and inside of home inspection. Addressed all my questions and queries. Very knowledgeable about his field of work and discussed options that would assist with more efficient ways to keep heat in the home.
